There is a communal entrance for the residents of the block on Voetboogstraat. The house can be reached on the third floor via a communal staircase and then your own roof terrace.
Via the staircase you enter the hall of the house with the living areas on both sides. Upon entering, you will immediately notice the characteristic beams, the quiet and cozy appearance and the amount of natural light. At the front of the house is the sitting room with French doors.
At the rear is the large kitchen with a nice large work surface all around. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as a built-in fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven. In addition, the kitchen has a well-functioning fireplace. An ideal place to enjoy a meal and a drink with friends/family. Across the width of the house is a balcony that overlooks the underlying roof terrace. On this floor is also a hall with a separate toilet and the central heating cabinet.
Fourth floor:
The landing provides access to the various rooms of this floor. The house has two spacious bedrooms. The beams across the width and height (of no less than 3.3 m high) make both rooms feel large. The largest bedroom is located at the rear of the house and has a floor area of 28m2. Built-in wardrobes have also been cleverly used. The second bedroom has a floor area of 9 m2, this room is practically laid out with fitted wardrobes under the sloping roof. There is also a cupboard with connection for the washing machine. The bathroom is centrally located and has a walk-in shower, a bath, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator.

Environment
The house is located in a prime location in the historic city center and is a protected cityscape. The location gives you direct access to various pleasant shopping streets such as Heiligeweg, Leidsestraat, Kalverstraat and Spui. In the vicinity there are many nice restaurants for a pleasant evening out. This is possible at De Seafood Bar, Cannibale Royale, Kantjil & de Tijger or Lion Noir. Various entertainment venues such as De La Mar theater, the Paradiso and the Melkweg are within walking distance, but the Concertgebouw is also located nearby. The Museum Quarter, the Grachtengordel and the Vondelpark are all in the immediate vicinity. The house has an excellent location in relation to public transport facilities, various trams stop a stone’s throw away and the Central Station is within walking distance. The North-South line, with the Rokin stop, is also literally around the corner.
